SMBBM (Susta Manasthiti Bal
Bidya Mandir) a center for
 Intellectual
Disabled was established 12 years ago as an
umbrella organizations concerned with the care
and rehabilitation of people with intellectual
disability in Butwal Nepal. At the present time
our organization represents 150 individual
members all over the region.
Our mission is to work
with people with intellectual disability so that
their rights are upheld in line with
international agreements by cooperating with
government departments and other stakeholders.
One of the main goals of SMBBM is to support
persons with intellectual disability in the
field of having equal rights, equal
opportunities and leading a self-supporting life
as visible citizens of the society.
